Before using a Hawkeye II motion sensor, you'll need to set the house and unit. Keep in mind that the sensor will send commands for that unit, but it also sends commands for the next higher numbered unit when it senses light and dark. For example, a motion sensor set to M5 sends M5 On with motion, M5 Off after a settable delay, M6 On when it gets dark and M6 Off when it becomes light.
